Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have experience working in close coordination with product, design, and machine learning teams, as well as have a background in building polished consumer applications
• 4+ years of experience building highly polished web-based product experiences, including extensive experience with React
• Experience using coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as core collaborators in your day-to-day workflow — not just as autocomplete, but as active partners in designing, testing, and shipping
• You appreciate balancing doing things the "right way" but also can build things scrappily if necessary
• You enjoy shipping things quickly and frequently
• You're an excellent communicator and enjoy collaborating with people across all functions

What the job involves

• We're looking for a Full-stack Engineer who is excited to rethink how work gets done in an AI-native environment, and who want to help define what building looks like in this new paradigm
• This role spans the entire stack — while initial projects may lean frontend, expect to pivot into backend work as well, contributing to novel AI-powered product experiences
• This role sits at the center of developing our newest products focused on programmatic, conversationally-driven language learning and will be an instrumental contributor to the future of our company
