JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Full stack software engineering 8 plus years of experience; with a focus in financial services applications is a plus
• BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience required
• Strong hands‑on experience developing and maintaining web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend)
• Demonstrated experience in communicating technical needs and capabilities to non‑technical team members, product owners, and partners
• Relevant knowledge of modern application architecture patterns and emerging technologies
• Proficiency with server‑side/mid‑tier languages, frameworks, libraries, and related technologies: Python, .NET, .NET MVC and Microsoft frameworks
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools, including build pipelines, automation, and version control
• Demonstrated ability to establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for both traditional applications (React/Python)
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams working on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and related cloud services
• Shown ability to create automation scripts and tooling to streamline deployments and workflows
• Experience defining best practices for version control, release management, and DevOps in hybrid environments
• Demonstrated experience communicating technical needs and capabilities to both technical and non‑technical team members
