$105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

The Role

We’re expanding our internal development team within the Office of Analytics, Technology, and Planning (ATP) to create impactful, modern applications that support our programs and residents.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work with our team to build new applications, modernize existing tools, and ensure smooth integration with our data platforms.

This role involves hands-on coding, focusing on building user-facing applications using React or similar frameworks, integrating with Django-based APIs, and our Postgres data warehouse. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and data engineers to develop user-centered tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user-facing applications using React
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and data warehouses, mainly PostgreSQL and Django services
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver user-centered products
• Help modernize legacy applications and establish best practices for UI development, code quality, and maintainability

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs, Django services, and data platforms like Postgres
• Comfortable working across the stack and learning new tools and frameworks
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Experience with cloud-native environments like AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes
