DOWC in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to design, build, test, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end. This role demands strong experience with modern web technologies and full software development lifecycle practices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and developers to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions using React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and AWS, with emphasis on security, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of full-stack web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, GraphQL, AWS feature integrations (Cognito, RDS, CloudWatch, etc).
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Position Summary

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end environments. Database Experience

Candidates should have experience with multiple database management systems, including:

Additional experience with database design, query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, and data modeling is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized application deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience building scalable SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
