Job summary

The Corporate is seeking a genuine Full Stack Engineer for our Oakland, CA hybrid role. You will own end-to-end web applications, from UI to data layer, and work across presentation, application, and database components.

Contribute to RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and microservices with Node.js, React.js, and modern tooling. You will mentor peers, participate in design discussions, and help shape scalable architectures in a fast-paced agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8 years of experience in full stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6).
• Experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with Azure / AWS services, particularly Lambda and ECS.
• Understanding of RESTful API and GraphQL design principles.
• Strong experience with SQL databases and NoSQL databases (particularly Couchbase).
• Experience with graph databases and graph data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.

This role requires a genuine, end-to-end Full Stack Engineer – not a front-end developer with some back-end exposure, nor a back-end engineer who occasionally works on the UI. The ideal candidate must demonstrate equally strong technical depth across the presentation layer, application/services layer, and data layer.
