Central Employment in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer to help shape the next growth stage of an AI-native startup. You will own customer-facing features from concept to production, design scalable back-end systems, and build integrations with ERPs, logistics providers, retailers, and operational platforms.

Work directly with founders to solve complex business problems, influence technical direction as one of the earliest engineers, and contribute to an equity-driven path

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js experience.
• Experience building and shipping products end-to-end.
• Start-up mentality with a high degree of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and own customer-facing features from concept to production.
• Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and event-driven workflows.
• Develop integrations with ERPs, logistics providers, retailers, and operational platforms.
