Base Pay Range

$180,000 - $280,000 per year.

OffDeal is the world’s first AI-native investment bank for small businesses. We build software that automates 80%+ of analyst work so our in‑house bankers can focus on earning owners’ trust and closing deals. We recently closed a $12 M Series A and have launched over 30 sell‑side M&A transactions, delivering life‑changing exits for our clients.

The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer you’ll work directly with the CTO to build the AI‑native platform that empowers our investment bankers to be 10x more productive and impact how $10 trillion worth of small businesses change hands.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our in‑house investment bankers to own 0‑to‑1 projects, from ideation to deployment.
• Build across the entire stack in our 100% TypeScript codebase (React + Node).
• Implement cutting‑edge AI features, from in‑house AI agents to complex recommendation and search algorithms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping 0‑to‑1 products in TypeScript, React, and Node.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, unstructured startup environments.
• Generalist with a passion for building across the stack.
• Strong product sense and ability to act as your own product manager and designer.
