Alpha Associates Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Full-Stack Engineer for an early-stage AI company in New York. You will own core systems end to end, from initial commit to production, and ship AI-powered features at scale. The role emphasizes privacy, correctness, and architectural decisions across speed, security, and reliability.

You’ll work with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, AWS, Vercel, Gemini, Claude and Cursor to push cutting-edge AI into production.

Qualifications

I’m currently working with an early-stage AI company looking for an exceptional Full-Stack Engineer to join their growing team in New York.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building from zero to one, working with LLMs in production and moving quickly without needing detailed specifications.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning core systems end to end, from first commit through production
• Building and shipping AI-powered product features
• Working with large-scale datasets where privacy and correctness are critical
• Making architecture decisions across speed, reliability, security and scale
• Using AI coding tools and agents to accelerate development

Experience across security, data analytics or product is a bonus.
