The Role

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you\’ll work across Equipe\’s tech stack to build and scale our platform, contributing directly to core features that shape the future of the company. As an early employee, you\’ll collaborate directly with our CTO and core engineering team on a regular basis for feature planning, implementation, and more. You will also be expected to work directly with clients on occasion, to help them with onboarding and setting up integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure full-stack applications. You will regularly contribute to core features of Equipe’s platform.
• Work on AI-driven features, including intelligent data insights, customer-facing AI assistants, and autonomous agents.
• Work with React, Next.js, and TypeScript on the frontend to create intuitive UIs.
• Build robust backend services using Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and more.
• Design and optimize APIs and data pipelines for high-performance querying and analysis.
• Build and improve Equipe’s integrations with third-party platforms.
• Interface with clients to help with onboarding and configuring integrations.
