What you'll do

1. End-to-End Feature Development: Architect and implement new user-facing and backend features, from real-time chat UI and voice streaming to persistent memory and rag features.
2. API & Micro-services: Build and maintain micro-services (authentication, licensing, chat routing, sentiment engine, vector-DB memory store)
3. AI Agent Architecture: Implementing intelligent model routing for latency vs. quality trade-offs
4. Real-Time Communication: Implement WebSocket streams for low-latency text/audio exchange, manage state synchronization
5. Infrastructure & DevOps: Containerize services with Docker, author CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), deploy to AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Load Balancer), and optimize cost/performance at scale
6. Quality & Collaboration: Write comprehensive unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, and partner with product and design teams to deliver polished experiences.
   

What we're looking for

1. 3+ years professional experience in full-stack development.

Frontend:

• Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Tauri
• Solid experience building Python and/or Go micro-services.
• Comfortable designing RESTful and WebSocket APIs
• Working knowledge of JWT authentication, and OAuth flows

AI/ML Integration:

• Hands-on with LLMs and vector embedding libraries (FAISS or Chroma).
• Familiarity with sentiment analysis pipelines (transformers) and caching strategies.

Data Stores & Caching:

• Experience with vector databases, Redis, and relational databases (PostgreSQL or AWS RDS)
• Proficient in schema design, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
• Proficient with Docker, container orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS/EKS), and AWS services (EC2, S3, Load Balancers, CDNs).
• Skilled in setting up CI/CD pipelines and monitoring infrastructure costs.

Team Player:

• Excellent communicator, comfortable in agile workflows, and proactive in suggesting improvements.
