The Opportunity

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and deploying modern applications that support complex analytical and operational workflows.

Working closely with product managers, architects, AI engineers, UX designers and data specialists, you'll help transform innovative concepts into production-ready solutions that deliver real-world impact.

You’ll contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, building intuitive user interfaces, scalable backend services, secure integrations and modern cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, build, test and deploy enterprise-grade web applications
• Develop responsive user interfaces supporting analytical and operational workflows
• Build scalable backend services, APIs and integration layers
• Create reusable front-end and back-end components
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools and data visualisation solutions

Platform & Integration

• Integrate applications with AI services, analytics engines and enterprise systems
• Support data ingestion, validation and transformation workflows
• Implement workflow capabilities including approvals, reviews, audit trails and scenario management
• Develop secure integrations across multiple data sources and platforms

Security & Compliance

• Implement role-based access controls and secure authentication mechanisms
• Ensure applications meet federal security and compliance standards
• Develop secure coding practices and deployment patterns
• Support audit logging, governance and data protection requirements
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning and technical design reviews
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices
• Support monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimisation
• Contribute to documentation, deployment readiness and production support

About You

• Active and maintained Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent additional experience)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Full Stack Software Development
• Experience designing and delivering production-ready web applications
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, authentication and secure development
