Overview

Edifii is seeking a full stack engineer experienced with modern Web development frameworks (e.g., React or Node) and cloud services (AWS or GCP) to support the enhancement of a prototype for deployment in multiple high schools this fall. Soon thereafter, we will adapt the product for mobile, starting with iOS. You will also support Edifii’s corporate website. You will partner closely with the business to develop our product based on user testing, market research, and agile methodologies.

This is a full-time hybrid position in the Boston area. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the enhancement of the Edifii prototype for deployment in multiple high schools this fall.
• Adapt the product for mobile (iOS) after initial deployment.
• Support Edifii’s corporate website.
• Collaborate with the business to develop the product based on user testing, market research, and agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Full-time hybrid role in the Boston area to support rapid development of the Web app for launch this school year
• Experience with modern responsive Web frameworks, such as React and Node
• Experience with SQL and REST APIs to help design data models and architecture in AWS or GCP
• Experience with/willingness to learn iOS mobile development

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/machine learning models, particularly LLMs
• UI/UX design skills (Web and mobile)
• Knowledge of educational technology offerings
