Job summary

Oscar is seeking a Fullstack Engineer (Backend Focused) to architect and scale our core Developer and Enterprise APIs. You will design resilient, low-latency backend systems and streaming data pipelines powering our real-time AI and voice intelligence platform.

In this role you will drive end-to-end ownership, build scalable REST/gRPC APIs, and mentor others while making deliberate technical trade-offs. The position offers hybrid work options and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building server-side software in production.
• Experience delivering features in fast-moving teams.
• Broad knowledge of web servers, databases, cloud platforms, and API design.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal instruction.
