Job summary

DCCA seeks an experienced full-stack software engineer to develop and test enterprise web applications using Java and React. You will work across Agile teams to plan, estimate, and deliver features while ensuring accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CS or a related field, 8+ years of experience, and the ability to obtain or already hold a Public Trust clearance. Collaboration and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Eight+ years of full-stack enterprise software development experience.
• Experience estimating and delivering complex projects using Agile methods.
• Experience with Section 508 compliance and secure coding practices.
• Public Trust clearance is required or must be obtained.

Develop and test enterprise web applications using Java, React, and related front-end and database technologies, including reusable, accessible UI components. Collaborate across Agile teams to plan and deliver features, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support multi-browser and assistive-technology compatibility.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least eight years of full-stack enterprise software development experience, and experience estimating and delivering complex projects using Agile methods. Candidates should have experience with Section 508 compliance, SonarQube, build and version-control tools, RESTful applications, and strong communication and collaboration skills; a Public Trust clearance is required or must be obtained.
