Implicit is building the world’s leading AI Knowledge Engine for Maintenance and Support. We’re seeking a part-time full-stack developer in the United States to join our team and collaborate with data science and product groups.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will work on frontend interfaces with React, Redux and Tailwind, and backend services with Java, Python, FastAPI and Postgres. You’ll contribute to testing, reviews, and performance optimization while staying current with AI trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in React and Typescript with backend development experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with Playwright and Vitest testing frameworks.
• Version control using Git; collaborative workflows on GitHub or GitLab.
• Ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect UI with strong UX sense.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to work with remote teams.
• US citizenship and current residence in the United States required.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a part-time full-stack developer to join our team in the United States. As a Full-Stack Developer at Implicit, you will work closely with our data science and product teams to build the next-generation AI product support platform.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will:

• Agentic Development: Work with maximum productivity using modern agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Playwright Agents.
• Develop and Maintain Web Interfaces : Build responsive and interactive web applications using modern front-end technologies like React, Redux, React Query, styled modules, SASS, Tailwind, Ant Components.
• Backend Services: Help to develop various backend services in Java, Spring Boot, Python, FastAPI, Postgres, Docker.
• Testing and QA: Maintain high quality code by focusing on Test-Driven Development, using Playwright, Vitest, React Testing Library, test agents.
• Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with the product team to implement designs and ensure that they are fully optimized across all platforms and browsers.
• Write Clean, Maintainable Code : Ensure that code is modular, well-structured, and follows best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Optimize Web Performance : Focus on improving the performance of web applications through techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and optimizing assets.
• Debug and Troubleshoot : Identify issues, debug problems, and optimize the front-end code for improved speed and reliability.
• Contribute to Code Reviews : Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and learn from team members.
• Stay Up-to-Date with AI Development Trends : Continuously learn and implement new front-end technologies, techniques, and best practices to improve development efficiency and the quality of the end product.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of full stack development.
• Proficiency in React, Typescript, and backend development.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of test frameworks such as Playwright and Vitest.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
• Ability to translate designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces with a strong understanding of user experience best practices.
• Excellent team player with strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, especially with remote or cross-functional teams.
• This position requires US Citizens residing currently in the US due to government work

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with backend development in Java or Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
• Some experience with agentic development frameworks, such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAgents SDK.
