Praescient Analytics is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support digital transformation and cloud infrastructure for an Intelligence agency. You will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and analytical tools in outward-facing cloud environments.

The role requires a BS in CS/engineering or related field and 5+ years in Python/Java/JavaScript/C++. 3+ years of cloud deployment and Oracle relational DB experience are expected, with a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of programming experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, and C++.
• 3+ years of cloud-based development and deployment experience using major cloud providers.
• 3+ years of database management in Oracle or relational systems.
• U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-stack web application development and cloud infrastructure support in Agile environments.
• Design, build, test, and deploy software solutions, web apps, and analytical tools using modern practices.
• Develop code, scripts, modules, and libraries to support intelligence analysis workflows.
• Perform O&M, troubleshoot, and upgrade web applications in outward-facing cloud environments.
• Develop ETL pipelines and data warehousing solutions.
• Implement secure coding, automated testing, CI, and cloud automation.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact software capabilities.

About the Role:

Praescient Analytics is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support digital transformation and cloud infrastructure capabilities in support of an Intelligence agency. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and analytical tools within outward-facing cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-stack web application development and cloud infrastructure support in alignment with Agile methodologies.
• Design, build, test, and deploy software solutions, web applications, and custom analytical tools using modern coding practices.
• Program custom code, scripts, modules, and libraries to support intelligence analysis and analytical workflows.
• Perform operations, maintenance (O&M), troubleshooting, and upgrades for web applications hosted in outward-facing cloud environments.
• Develop Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines, data management integrations, and data warehousing solutions.
• Implement secure coding standards, automated testing, continuous integration, and cloud automation.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to produce project artifacts and deliver high-impact software capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Programming: Minimum of 5+ years of experience with programming languages including Python, Java, JavaScript, and C++.
• Cloud Computing: Minimum of 3+ years of cloud-based development and deployment experience using major cloud service providers.
• Databases: Minimum of 3+ years of database management experience in Oracle or relational systems.
• Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI with polygraph

Desired Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with web frameworks such as Flask and Django.
• Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git / GitHub).
• Direct experience with APIs, data management structures, and ETL pipelines.
• Familiarity with Sponsor enterprise services, security controls, ICD 503 compliance, and data management practices.
• Prior experience working within an outward-facing cloud environment.
