Full Stack Developer Technology Division

Summary: Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Full Stack Developer. The Full Stack Developer will report to the Director of Software Engineering and work within a well-developed Agile SCRUM process. The role involves collaborating with team members or working independently to conceive, develop, prototype, test, and debug systems and product features. We seek an engineer passionate about coding and eager to learn new technologies, working on high-profile projects. Demonstrated proficiency in full-stack web application development and the ability to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision are essential. Good communication skills are required. This position offers an opportunity to work with a skilled team across various engineering and production roles.

Job Duties

• Design rapid prototypes for proof-of-concept testing
• Support verification and validation of new product designs
• Collaborate with team members to develop project estimates, tasks, and schedules
• Provide project status updates to managers and business partners
• Interface regularly with IT teams, business partners, and analysts to determine system requirements and solve complex problems
• Design and develop prototypes using the latest open-source technologies
• Incorporate feedback from end users, field tests, and exercises

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience, plus at least 3 years of professional experience
• Practical experience with web-based application development technologies
• Strong programming skills with Node.js, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
• Effective communication skills to convey concepts and ideas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid background in product development
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies
• Ability to establish and maintain trust with customers

Preferred Experience

• Technologies: Vue, React, Express, Node, NUXT, React Native
• Tools: Docker, Jira, Bitbucket, Balsamiq
