Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer (WordPress & Marketing Technology Specialist) to build and optimize high‑performing WordPress websites for a US-based marketing agency. You will handle both frontend and backend work, integrating CRMs and marketing platforms to support lead generation.

The ideal candidate has strong PHP and WordPress experience, expertise with REST APIs, and a track record of delivering scalable, secure, and fast websites in a remote setting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Advanced WordPress development with custom themes, plugins, ACF, CPTs, and taxonomies.
• Strong PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and MySQL.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience integrating WordPress with CRMs and marketing platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Focus on website performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility and security.
• WooCommerce and eCommerce development (nice to have).

About the Role

The Full Stack Developer (WordPress & Marketing Technology Specialist) will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing high-performing WordPress websites for a US-based marketing agency. The ideal candidate has strong PHP and WordPress development experience, solid frontend skills, and the ability to build custom functionalities and integrate websites with CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and third-party tools. The role combines full-stack development with marketing technology to create scalable websites that support business growth and lead generation.

Main Responsibilities

1. WordPress Development: Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, templates, and functionalities.

2. Full-Stack Development: Handle both frontend and backend development, working with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL to create scalable, responsive websites.

3. Marketing Technology Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations between WordPress and third-party platforms, including CRMs, marketing automation tools, APIs, and other business systems.

4. Website Performance & Optimization: Improve website speed, performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and security.

5. Custom Solutions: Build tailored functionalities based on business and marketing requirements, including custom plugins, API integrations, and dynamic website features.

6. Deployment & Maintenance: Manage code through Git, staging and production environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure reliable deployments.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, SEO specialists, marketers, and strategists to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Advanced WordPress development experience, including custom themes, plugins, ACF, custom post types, and taxonomies.
• Strong PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and MySQL knowledge.
• Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and marketing technologies.
• Experience integrating WordPress with CRMs and marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience in Website optimization, SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and security.
• WooCommerce and eCommerce development experience (Nice to have)

• Full-time position
• 100% remote work
