What Youll Do

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product from ideation to production and everything in between.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using React (frontend) and Frappe Framework (backend).
• ¢ Build fast, ship often but with discipline. Implement robust test suites and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Karate, JUnit, and React Testing Library.
• ¢ Own infrastructure and deployment, ensuring high uptime, observability, and alerting across the stack.
• ¢ Collaborate directly with the founding team on product roadmap, business goals, and engineering direction.
• ¢ Bring a strong product mindset think about customer value, not just code.
• ¢ Contribute to early team culture and help recruit and mentor future engineers.
• ¢ Embrace the chaos of early-stage building participate in fast-paced iterations, sprints, code reviews, and daily standups.

What We're Looking For

• ¢ Frontend: Expert in React.js, Redux / Context API, and creating responsive, intuitive UIs.
• ¢ Backend: Deep experience in Python and Frappe Framework; ERPNext experience is a bonus.
• ¢ DevOps: Familiarity with Jenkins, Docker, log monitoring (Datadog, ELK), and container-based workflows.
• ¢ Testing: Strong believer in test-driven development with tools like Karate, JUnit, React Testing Library.
• ¢ Database: Solid hands-on with SQL (MariaDB, PostgreSQL preferred).
• ¢ Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. GCP or Azure experience is also valued.
• ¢ Agile + Startup-Ready: Agile background, product-first approach, and the ability to work independently with minimal structure.

• ¢ Building or scaling a SaaS product.
