Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java development projects.
• REST API design and integration expertise.
• Experience with deployments or production support on higher environments.
• Onsite/offshore project coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, legacy modernization, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams with operational excellence.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and solve complex problems.
• Solid understanding of Java-to-Hadoop calls and UI exposure (60:40).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java development projects and REST API skills.
• Exposure on deployments or production support challenges on higher environments is mandatory.
• Onsite Offshore project coordination experience.
• 60:40 Java/Spring Boot: UI exposure.
• Previous experience driving complex projects with geographically distributed teams with operational excellence.
• Ability to learn and understand new technologies with ease.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Java to Hadoop calls.
• Good experience and understanding of micro‑service designs, legacy modernization concepts, event‑driven architecture and performance optimization techniques.
