Capgemini is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer with strong backend and frontend skills to deliver full-stack solutions. You will design, develop and deploy Java-based services, and build modern UI with React while leveraging cloud-native patterns and AI APIs.

Collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams is essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, strong Java/Spring Boot, React, and database expertise, plus a solid grasp of cloud platforms and Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Java with Spring Boot and microservices experience.
• Strong frontend with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) for business use cases.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and multithreading.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
