Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA), a technology and resource solutions provider, is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a contract position with a premier banking client.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building full‑stack apps and APIs within fraud platforms, preferably IBM Safer Payments, and will collaborate with Fraud Strategy, Product, Operations, Data Science, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that identify and mitigate fraud across digital channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting fraud prevention, operations, risk management, or financial crime tech.
• Direct experience with IBM Safer Payments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support full-stack apps enabling fraud detection and reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrations with fraud platforms, preferably IBM Safer Payments.
• Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services for real‑time fraud decisioning.
