Formación

• 3+ года опыта разработки на бэкенде или fullstack в масштабируемых системах
• Глубокие знания Node.js и TypeScript, опыт NestJS или аналогов
• Опыт проектирования RESTful API и событийно-ориентированных систем
• Опыт работы с SQL и проектированием схем
• Знания React и современных практик фронтенда
• Понимание CQRS/DDD и микросервисной архитектуры
• Опыт работы в крипто/цифровых активах будет плюсом

Responsabilidades

• Сотрудничать с продакт-менеджерами, архитекторами и DevOps для проектирования и доставки надёжных, масштабируемых решений
• Строить и поддерживать бэкенд микросервисы на TypeScript/Node.js для custody, staking и кошельков
• Интегрировать блокчейн- сети и внешние системы для движений активов и управления ключами
• Разрабатывать фронтенд на React/Next.js для видимости и удобства пользования
• Разрабатывать события с использованием Kafka для обработки данных в реальном времени
• Писать тестируемый и эффективный код с учётом производительности и наблюдаемости
• Сотрудничать между командами для проектирования API и распределённых архитектур
• Участвовать в технических ревью и наставлять инженеров, владеть сервисами на протяжении их жизненного цикла

Payward Services provides an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a unified system, including custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities.

Задачи:

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and DevOps engineers to design and deliver secure, scalable, high-performance custody solutions
• Build and maintain backend microservices in TypeScript and Node.js for custody, staking, and wallet services
• Integrate blockchain networks and external systems to support asset movements, transactions, and key management workflows
• Contribute to React and Next.js frontend applications, ensuring operational visibility and a seamless user experience
• Develop event-driven systems using Kafka for real-time data processing and inter-service communication
• Write reusable, testable, efficient code that meets standards for performance, observability, and fault tolerance
• Collaborate across teams to design and optimize data models, APIs, and distributed architectures
• Participate in technical reviews, mentor other engineers, and own services throughout their lifecycle, from RFCs and design to deployment and maintenance

Требования:

• 3+ Years of professional experience in fullstack or backend engineering within high-scale, high-availability systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with hands-on experience using NestJS or similar frameworks
• Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, and CQRS/DDD design patterns
• Proven ability to design and deliver RESTful APIs and asynchronous event-based communication systems
• Strong experience with SQL databases and schema design for performance and reliability
• Solid understanding of React and modern frontend best practices
• Deep knowledge of state management, including React Query, Context API, and custom hooks
• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and component-driven architecture
• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, and observability tools such as Prometheus and Splunk
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams
• Будет плюсом: understanding of crypto protocols, staking mechanisms, and the broader blockchain technology ecosystem; experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers; hands-on experience with Rust; background in financial systems and digital assets, and experience in custodial or other regulated environments
