Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support scalable software across its enterprise platforms, including digital banking and CMS systems. You will develop REST and SOAP APIs, integrate with internal and external systems, and ensure security and performance throughout the SDLC.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions, leveraging PowerOn, SymXchange, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or a related technical field.
• Minimum five (5) years of software development experience across front-end, back-end, database, and integration technologies.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications, system integrations, and web-based solutions.
• Experience with API development, systems integration, web services, and relational database technologies.

Responsibilities

• Executes and supports the full software development life cycle for assigned solutions, including discovery, requirements analysis, technical design, estimation, development, code review, testing, release, monitoring, maintenance, and retirement.
• Designs and develops responsive, accessible, secure, and high-performing experiences and reusable components for Wellby's content management system and other web platforms in partnership with external agencies.
• Builds and maintains front-end components, back-end services, application logic, and data-access layers that support websites, digital banking experiences, internal applications, and enterprise workflows.
• Develops custom code and extensions for digital banking capabilities in accordance with platform standards, vendor requirements, security controls, and member experience objectives.
• Designs, develops, secures, documents, and supports REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, service integrations, and data exchanges between internal systems and third-party platforms.
