Job summary

NuAxis, LLC, a federal IT company, is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will contribute to secure, scalable web applications using modern cloud technologies and collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, and QA Engineers.

The role requires 2–4 years in full-stack development with Angular or React, AWS familiarity, RESTful APIs, and a DevSecOps mindset. You will work in an Agile environment, build interfaces, APIs, and support deployments in Docker/Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Experience developing web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React).
• Familiarity with cloud-native applications and microservices architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces using Angular and React.
• Develop RESTful APIs and serverless functions using AWS Lambda and related services under the guidance of senior team members.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and assist with database operations using PostgreSQL.
• Contribute to event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Assist in containerizing applications using Docker and support deployments in Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, or EKS environments.
• Work with DevSecOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure deployment practices.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, APIs, authentication services, and third-party platforms.
• Participate actively in Agile development activities, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
