Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing queries, developing stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.
• Experience maintaining and enhancing legacy applications.
• Knowledge of Linux server administration and Cron job scheduling.
• Experience writing clean, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code using version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software across modern web and existing client-server applications.
• Collaborate with end users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and release new features.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, troubleshoot defects, and improve system performance.
• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, from the user interface to the database.
• Review proposed solutions and code to ensure quality, security, and adherence to development standards.
• Train and mentor other developers by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
• Support additional projects and team initiatives as needed.
