JMJ Phillip Group seeks a Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end systems. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver robust software solutions and support the full software lifecycle.

We value strong proficiency in modern programming languages, web frameworks, databases, and APIs, with a BS in a related field preferred.

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain reliable software applications across both front-end and back-end systems. This role will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop scalable solutions that support business and customer needs.

Full-Stack Development

• Design and develop scalable web applications and software solutions.
• Build and maintain both front-end and back-end components.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party services.

Application Performance & Reliability

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement solutions that improve scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards.

Software Development Lifecycle

• Participate in requirements gathering, technical planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain automated tests to support software quality.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Document technical solutions, system functionality, and development processes.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions.
• Communicate project progress, technical considerations, and potential risks.
• Support continuous improvement of development practices and processes.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies.
• Experience with modern programming languages, web frameworks, databases, and APIs.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and version control systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment technologies preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

• AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
• Google Cloud certification.
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
• Relevant software development or technology certifications.
