Job description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with DevOps-related experience in ensuring application deployment, automated continuous integration testing, and ensuring visibility of performance and key metrics to inform developers’ decision making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing web applications with TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ability coding with Python.
• 5 years of experience working with AWS, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.), and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web development and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of agile best practices, emerging technologies, security best practices, etc.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• Version Control: Experience with Git.
• Terraform: Basic understanding of IaC principles and experience provisioning on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with GitHub Actions, CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Jenkins.
• Scripting & Automation – Python, Bash, Go, PowerShell.
• Linux & System Administration – File systems, process management, performance tuning.
• AWS Services:
  • AWS Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EC2, RDS, CloudFront, CloudWatch.
  • Database Management – Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.

Clearance Requirement

Compensation

The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual’s knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
