Elyon International in Seattle seeks a highly skilled Developer with strong front-end and back-end expertise (Angular and Java), cloud experience, and a focus on secure system design. The role involves contributing to cloud migrations and ensuring ITAR-related data security compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable solutions, while aligning with security standards and infrastructure considerations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Angular and Java development
• Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts
• Experience with Azure cloud services and migration projects
• Knowledge of application and data security best practices
• Exposure to or experience with ITAR data and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to work on complex system development projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within an Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Must be a US Citizen (as defined by ITAR regulations)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Angular (front-end) and Java (back-end)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment
• Support and contribute to cloud migration initiatives, particularly in Microsoft Azure
• Apply system thinking to analyze and solve complex technical challenges
• Ensure application security and compliance with industry and organizational standards
• Work with network/infrastructure components to support application performance and reliability
• Handle and safeguard sensitive data, including ITAR-controlled information, in compliance with regulations
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement practices
