Job summary

Zenith Insurance Company seeks a skilled software engineer to join its information systems team in Los Angeles. You will contribute to frontend and backend development using Vue/Angular/React and ASP .NET/C#, while leveraging AI-assisted tools to boost productivity.

The role requires 3+ years in frontend and backend development, solid SQL work, and a strong grasp of HTML/CSS/JS frameworks. A Bachelor’s degree is required; local candidates preferred. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years frontend web development with Vue, Angular, or React.
• 3+ years backend web development with ASP .NET, C#, or Java with MS SQL Server/Oracle.
• Experience with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap) and responsive design.
• Proficient with AI-assisted development tools (Github Copilot, Claude, Codex).
• Experience with web technologies: HTML, XML, JavaScript, Vue, Bootstrap.

Responsibilities

• Participate in web application and AI tool projects using SQL, C#, ASP .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue and/or XML.
• Design and develop tables, views, stored procedures, and indexes in MS SQL Server.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to multiply team output.
• Develop and maintain automated Word and Excel templates using VBA and SQL.
• Communicate and document technical aspects clearly to peers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with IT managers and product owners.
