Job summary

Analysis Group is seeking a Technology Developer in Boston, MA to join the Application Development Team. You will design, develop, and maintain secure applications across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid tech stacks, including C#, ASP.NET, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-stack experience, strong CS fundamentals, and proficiency in Azure (with AWS or on‑premise experience a plus).

Qualifications

• . Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or a related field required.
• . 3+ years of professional full stack development experience; 4–10 years preferred.
• . Proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including current framework versions.
• . Experience with ASP.NET, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs.
• . Familiarity with Node.js and front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
• . Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
• . Experience with Azure; AWS or on-premises preferred.
• . Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
• . Experience with AI-enabled applications and agentic workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance modern web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and contemporary JavaScript frameworks.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; collaborate to improve reliability and scalability.
• Conduct unit and integration testing and participate in code reviews to ensure quality.
• Implement and support integrations with third-party and SaaS platforms.
• Prototype proof-of-concept solutions to evaluate emerging technologies.
• Prepare technical documentation and training materials.
• Participate in on-call rotation to maintain application availability.
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
