Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a hybrid Atlanta-based role, combining frontend and backend responsibilities with occasional on-site work. You will design, build, test, and support modern web services using React, TypeScript, Python, Java, and cloud-native tools.

You will collaborate with engineers, product, and stakeholders in an agile environment, maintain best practices, and mentor teammates while driving architecture decisions and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, and Java.
• Experience with relational and non-relational data stores (PostgreSQL, Redis, Oracle).
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong OO design and clean architecture principles.

Contract | Atlanta, GA (Local Candidates Only) | Primarily remote with ability come onsite when needed, likely a few times per month.

Tier4 Group is partnering with a high-performing technology organization to add a Full Stack Developer to a collaborative, fast-moving product team. This is a true 50/50 front-end and back-end role where you will design, build, test, and support modern web services using a mix of React, TypeScript, Python, Java, and cloud-native tools.

This team believes in strong engineering fundamentals, ownership, and continuous learning. You will have real autonomy, meaningful influence on architecture and design decisions, and the chance to work alongside developers who genuinely care about quality and teamwork.
