• 5+ years developing modular, test‑first Angular, React, or Vue applications.
• 5+ years with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• 5+ years building Node.js applications with Express.
• 5+ years using modern build tools and package managers (webpack, gulp, grunt, npm, etc.).

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Understand the enterprise context and downstream impacts when designing solutions.
• Architect efficient, reusable front‑end systems for complex applications.
• Fix bugs and improve application performance.
• Explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Angular 10+ and experience with React or Vue, and NodeJS. The candidate will work in an agile team to build modern, standards-based responsive web applications for mission‑critical health IT solutions.

Basic Requirements

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
• Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States, having lived there for 3 of the last 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years in agile environments using tools such as Jira, Git, and Confluence.
• 5+ years developing modular, test‑first Angular, React, or Vue applications.
• 5+ years with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• 5+ years building Node.js applications with Express.
• 5+ years using modern build tools and package managers (webpack, gulp, grunt, npm, etc.).

Additional Qualifications

• Understanding of front‑end design, prototyping, and converting wireframes to responsive interfaces with Bootstrap.
• Experience with RESTful services and microservices architecture.
• High‑performance server‑side development with the Node.js ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, API Gateway, S3, IAM, SES, SQS, Batch, and Glue.
• CI/CD pipeline and DevOps practices knowledge.
• Testing expertise with tools like Jasmine, Protractor, Sinon, Jest, or similar.
• Modern responsive web development using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, LESS, SASS, etc.
