Key Responsibilities
  • Support SAMHSA digital modernization projects.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Manage work using Jira and document processes in Confluence.
  • Ensure Section 508 compliance and security standards in all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, DevOps, and QA engineers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems for performance and scalability.
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience/Skills
  • Proven experience aligned with Mid Full Stack Developer.
  • Hands-on expertise with: JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, CI/CD.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development lifecycle.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Federal IT project experience.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and automation tools.
  • Professional certifications relevant to the role.
  • Knowledge of secure coding and vulnerability remediation practices.
Salary and Benefits

The likely salary range for this position is $104,000 - $135,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
