About the Company

Jobrapido is building a growing team focused on creating effective, interactive digital experiences for clients. Our work brings together technology, design, and thoughtful problem-solving to deliver web applications that support client goals and help organizations grow. We value people who take pride in their craft, communicate openly, and contribute ideas that improve both the work and the way it gets done. As our team and client needs continue to expand, we are investing in better processes, tools, and application management practices.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to build and maintain the client-side and server-side components of web applications. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, designers, leadership, and, where appropriate, clients to turn requirements and creative concepts into reliable digital products. You will contribute throughout the application lifecycle, from planning and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and support.

This position is suited to a developer who can take ownership of projects while working collaboratively. You will help assess technical and design requirements, recommend practical solutions, and contribute to decisions about project direction and internal processes. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing hands‑on development with communication, coordination, and occasional project management tasks. This is a fully remote position, with candidates based in the United States preferred. Applicants on the East Coast, particularly in North Carolina or Pennsylvania, are a plus.

Qualifications

You have at least three years of professional full stack development experience, including front-end and back-office work, and a strong understanding of the complete web development workflow. You can build polished, responsive interfaces and also work with server-side scripting, APIs, and databases. A strong grasp of foundational HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript is required, along with familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and tools such as Svelte or SvelteKit, Tailwind, and Vite. Experience with Svelte is an advantage.

You have hands‑on experience with one or more content management systems, such as WordPress, Hygraph, or Contentful, and have developed headful or headless applications using GraphQL and/or REST APIs. Familiarity with multiple back‑end languages, including PHP, C#, Python, or Node.js, is valuable. You are comfortable using Git and appreciate clean, maintainable, well‑documented code. DevOps, security, infrastructure, and agency experience are beneficial. Strong communication, analytical thinking, time management, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills are essential, as is the ability to turn requirements into finished work.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain functional, stable web applications in line with specifications, designs, and client needs. Participate across the application lifecycle, contributing to architecture, coding, debugging, and project coordination as required. Build accessible, responsive user interfaces and integrate them with first‑party and third‑party APIs. Collaborate with designers to deliver interactive experiences that meet visual and brand standards, and create prototypes or quality mockups when useful.

Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability; modernize legacy applications; and identify opportunities to use appropriate emerging technologies. Create reusable code and libraries that support consistency and efficiency. Conduct UI testing, diagnose issues, and make improvements based on findings. Learn existing platforms quickly and enhance them thoughtfully. Provide training and support, prepare clear technical documentation and user guides, and share recommendations that strengthen project delivery and team processes.

Benefits

Join an experienced, scaling team and contribute meaningfully to the direction of projects and the organization’s technology practices. Work remotely without relocating, collaborate with knowledgeable developers and creative teams, and take on a varied portfolio of client work. Benefits include fully paid benefits and a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match. You will have the opportunity to own your development work, share recommendations, and help deliver distinctive digital projects.

Equal Opportunity

Jobrapido is committed to providing equal employment opportunities. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and ability to contribute to the role. Employment decisions are made without discrimination in accordance with applicable laws.
