Job description

About The Company

Jobrapido is building software infrastructure to support the future of telehealth. Our platform helps bring patients, care teams, and digital healthcare services together through reliable, thoughtfully designed technology. We are a collaborative, fast-moving team focused on creating products that can meaningfully improve how healthcare is delivered.

Our serverless, multi-tenant monorepo uses Next.js and React on the front end, tRPC and Prisma behind it, and SST for deployment, with TypeScript throughout. This architecture allows engineers to follow a change from the user interface to the database without crossing team boundaries. We value clear ownership, sound engineering practices, and technology that earns the trust of patients and providers.

About The Role

Jobrapido is seeking an entrepreneurial Full-Stack Software Engineer to work closely with the CEO and CTO. You will help design, build, and improve the software foundation behind our telehealth products. This role is suited to a hands‑on generalist who enjoys taking products from zero to one, making practical decisions, and owning work through launch and refinement.

Our engineering approach is AI‑first and builder‑led. You will use tools such as Claude and Cursor to investigate problems, explore solutions, draft implementation plans, and accelerate development. AI is a regular part of our workflow, but your technical judgment remains essential. You will validate work on staging with realistic data, release it to production, learn from patients and care teams, and use those insights to improve the product. In healthcare, speed matters, but quality, transparency, and reliability matter just as much.

Qualifications

You bring strong full‑stack engineering skills, with particular confidence in backend development, and experience taking a product or substantial feature from concept to launch. You are comfortable working across APIs, data models, infrastructure, and user‑facing interfaces, and can make progress independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Relevant experience includes Node.js, TypeScript, SST, AWS services such as SQS, EventBridge, and Lambda, SQL databases, and database schema design. Familiarity with tools and technologies in our stack, including Next.js, React, tRPC, Prisma, and Drizzle, is valuable. You are a thoughtful problem solver, write maintainable and well‑tested code, and communicate technical constraints, risks, and timelines clearly. Experience building paid products or services is preferred. You are curious about AI‑assisted development and apply it responsibly, especially when working on sensitive clinical experiences.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and ship high‑quality product experiences, owning key features from early discovery through production. Work across the stack to connect interfaces, APIs, services, and databases without unnecessary handoffs. Translate product needs into reusable, well‑architected patterns that support future development and scale.

Prototype quickly and validate ideas with patients and care teams, using feedback to improve product decisions. Build automation that clearly communicates what systems are doing on behalf of users, with transparent behavior and thoughtful defaults. Champion performance, accessibility, security, and reliability; maintain and improve the test suite; and investigate issues across the codebase. Use AI tools to support research, implementation, and refactoring while applying sound engineering judgment. Share effective prompts, workflows, and lessons with teammates so the organization can move faster without compromising quality or patient trust.

Benefits

This role offers close collaboration with company leadership, meaningful end‑to‑end ownership, and the opportunity to influence both product direction and engineering practices. You will work in a collaborative, AI‑first environment, contribute across the stack, and help build technology with the potential to improve healthcare delivery. Compensation and other employment benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.

Equal Opportunity

Jobrapido is committed to providing an inclusive and respectful workplace. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and potential, without discrimination on any basis protected by applicable law.
