What It Means To Be a Boostie

At Boostlingo, we operate through the lens of our four Core Values. These Core Values drive everything we do; from how we approach identifying talent we invite to join the team, to the energy and contributions we bring to our amazing culture, to the decisions we make at both the tactical and strategic level. To be a Boostie means to embody these Core Values every day:

  • Positive Vibes: Bring positive energy and have a “solutions‑oriented” mindset
  • No Hide, Go Seek: Be accessible to colleagues, seek out what you need, ask others for help
  • Be Bold, Stay Humble: Appreciate that every voice matters (and we want to hear yours) while remaining humble in the understanding that no one person is more important than the broader team
  • Be Inclusive: Create and contribute to an environment where anyone can feel welcomed, supported, respected, and valued

Boostlingo is extremely honored to have been recognized as one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for the last three consecutive years (2022‑2025). This esteemed recognition reflects the dedication that our incredible team has towards embodying our Core Values every day and we couldn’t be prouder of this team!

About The Role

Boostlingo is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Enterprise Development Team. This team is responsible for building and maintaining systems that integrate Boostlingo’s platform with enterprise healthcare systems and EHRs.

This is a full stack role first. EHR and healthcare domain experience is a strong plus, but not a hard requirement.

As a Senior Individual Contributor, You Will
  • Own systems end‑to‑end
  • Influence architecture and technical direction
  • Work on complex integrations with enterprise partners
  • Raise the bar for quality, reliability, and maintainability

This is not a “ticket factory” role. You will be expected to think in systems, understand tradeoffs, and help the team scale responsibly.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, build, and maintain full stack web applications and services supporting enterprise and healthcare integrations
  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that integrate with internal systems and external EHR platforms
  • Build scalable, secure, multi‑tenant services used by healthcare and enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with product, platform, and operations teams on system design and architecture
  • Build and maintain public and internal APIs used by web, mobile, IVR, and partner systems
  • Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
  • Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end‑to‑end where appropriate)
  • Help modernize legacy systems while maintaining uptime and stability
  • Participate in on‑call rotation and production incident response when required
  • Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem solving
Core Technical Skills

You should be strong in most, not necessarily all:

  • Backend
    • Orleans, C# and modern .NET
    • RESTful API design and service‑to‑service communication
    • Experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures
    • Strong understanding of async programming and concurrency
  • Frontend
    • Angular (or comparable modern framework)
    • Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
    • Responsive web design principles
  • Data & Infrastructure
    • SQL databases; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus
    • CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
    • Cloud‑based systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
    • Logging, monitoring, and observability practices
WHAT “SENIOR” MEANS HERE
  • You’ve owned systems in production that businesses rely on
  • You can design solutions, not just implement tasks
  • You recognize tradeoffs and can explain them clearly
  • You raise concerns early when something doesn’t smell right
  • You make engineers around you better
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Experience working on live, customer‑facing web applications
  • Comfortable working in an agile, distributed team
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and improve production systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

These are strong advantages, not requirements:

  • Experience working with EHR systems or healthcare platforms
  • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare messaging standards
  • Experience integrating with third‑party enterprise systems
  • Experience handling regulated data (HIPAA, PHI, PII)
  • Event‑driven or message‑based architectures
WHAT MAKES BOOSTLINGO A GREAT COMPANY
  • Values and mission‑based ethos that drives our product development strategy
  • Fun, energetic environment with an incredible culture (just ask about our eNPS scores!)
  • Hybrid/Remote working arrangements
  • Competitive compensation and robust benefits offerings, including 401(k) plan with match!
  • Flexible PTO
