Job summary

Dockware is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and evolve core products, focusing on customer dashboards and the infrastructure across Scan, Vision, and Portal.

You will work on Dashboard for data review, APIs, data pipelines, and internal ML tooling, shipping features for warehouse-floor operations and logistics workflows.

Job description

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build and evolve our core products. You’ll primarily focus on customer dashboards and the infrastructure that powers our three product lines: Scan, a dimensioning mobile app; Vision, a shipment tracking autonomous sensor suite; and Portal, a truck monitoring system

Vision, Scan, and Portal Web: Dashboard for data review and analytics

Backend & infra: APIs, data pipelines, and deployment systems supporting all products.

Internal tools: ML pipelines, labelling tools, data and model integrity tools

The role requires both building and testing new features as well as maintaining production systems. The role may also provide support to the Vision team as needed. You'll ship code that runs on warehouse floors and in the hands of logistics operators daily.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Comfort working across the stack: From UI to API to DB
• Familiarity with at least some of our core stack and interest to learn the rest:
• Frontend: React, Next.js, Typescript
• Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD, testing suites, Github Actions, Lambda, SQS, ECS K8s/K3s, Vertex AI, Terraform
• High ownership mentality—you see problems through to resolution, whether that means debugging code or redesigning processes
• Genuine interest in solving hard problems in logistics and computer vision

Bonus Points for:

• Shipped production UI, APIs, or mobile applications
• Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki experience
• Experience with Machine Learning or Computer Vision including tooling
• Track record of shipping production software systems
• Experience in the shipping or logistics industry
