Job Summary The Full Stack Developer plays a key role within the Wealth & Distribution Architecture team, driving the design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications that enable modern, scalable business solutions. The developer will collaborate closely with peers across technology, architecture, and business teams to build high-performing applications for wealth and distribution systems in a leading financial services environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Architect scalable and secure backend services and APIs following microservices best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product managers, designers, and developers— to deliver quality software solutions.
• Optimize application performance for availability, reliability, and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, best practices, and technical standards.
• Participate in architecture governance activities including Solution Architecture Guild and Design Roundtables.
• Create and contribute to architectural artifacts such as roadmaps, design decisions, and strategy documents.
• Research emerging technologies, evaluate tools, and lead proofs of concept (POC).
• Support production transition and ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit standards.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, preferably within financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise with Redux, Express.js, TypeScript, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skilled in security best practices for handling financial data.
• 2+ years of experience with sales & distribution systems or incentive management solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven systems.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, GDPR, or SOX frameworks.
• Experience with database design, ETL, and data modeling.
• Prior work with financial data integrations or vendor/SaaS platforms.
