We combine modern technology, evidence-based treatment, and a high-touch patient experience to deliver care nationwide. As we scale, we are expanding our engineering team to strengthen the digital infrastructure that supports our clinical, operational, and patient-facing systems.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our Charlotte-based IT team. Reporting to the VP of IT, this developer will design, build, and maintain both front‑end and back‑end applications that support the company’s rapidly growing operations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working across the stack, and contributing to a high‑velocity startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Software Development & Architecture
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle: scoping, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Develop and optimize cloud‑based applications using modern technologies.
  • Build new software components and enhance existing systems based on evolving business needs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
Front-End & Back-End Engineering
  • Build and maintain backend applications with Node.js using frameworks such as Express.js and Nest.js.
  • Develop user interfaces using React or React Native.
  • Implement automated testing to support reliability and scalability.
Data & Infrastructure Support
  • Work with relational databases and emerging data technologies.
  • Use GitHub for version control and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows.
  • Apply secure coding practices and contribute to application security compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning.
  • Use Jira to manage tasks and communicate progress.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and iterative product improvements.
Qualifications
