THE OPPORTUNITY

This Full Stack Developer position can work remotely within the U.S.

The Full Stack Developer will work with a modern tech stack on a Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud platform serving users in over 49 countries. The core platform operates within a large-scale environment, processing billions of tasks daily.

The Full Stack Developer should possess strong leadership skills and a passion for software engineering to help shape the team's direction. Highly sought-after qualities include excellent communication skills, versatility, and a continuous learning mindset.

You will contribute to building scalable, highly available, reliable, efficient, and secure cloud solutions for a medical device SaaS.

What You’ll Work On

• Learn and improve our existing React and Go based healthcare platforms.
• Engage in design and implementation of services, features, and components utilizing React, Node, and Go.
• Design and implement highly maintainable, testable code.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to define API contracts.
• Investigate and resolve complex problems, improving software maintainability through refactoring.
• Ensure performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design.
• Build internal tooling and APIs to streamline business and engineering processes.
• Work as part of an Agile team focused on delivering features through development, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• 1+ year of professional software development experience or equivalent internship experience.
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and backend development (e.g., Go, Python, Java).
• Strong fundamentals in Computer Science.
• Motivated to learn new programming languages and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React and/or Go.
• 2+ years of professional experience in an Agile environment.
• Practical knowledge of Linux.
• Experience with internationalization, multilanguage support, or content management systems.
