Qualifications

• 3+ years in a trading environment building back-end processes and UIs.
• Degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with production-grade apps.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with traders and quants.
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Responsibilities

• Design and build real-time UIs showing market activity and trading system performance.
• Develop and maintain internal tooling and dashboards from live data.

What You'll Do

• Design and build real-time UIs that present coherent visualizations of market activity, system performance, and trading operations, giving traders intuitive control over complex systems
• Develop and maintain internal tooling and dashboards that surface actionable insights from live financial and operational data.
• Collaborate closely with traders, quant researchers, and algo developers to understand workflows and translate them into reliable software solutions
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve existing systems across the trading lifecycle
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, driving them from initial scoping and design through implementation, deployment, and long-term maintenance
  

Qualifications And Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a trading environment focusing on building backend processes and UIs
• Degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and related frameworks, with a track record of building and shipping production-grade full stack applications
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, particularly alongside algorithmic developers and traders
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, system design, and clean code practices

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Base salary represents just one part of overall compensation; all full-time, permanent roles are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including items in the above list.
The base salary for this role is 125,000 - 175,000 USD per year
