Job summary

Bespoke Technologies, Inc. in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join the team, working with the lead developer to maintain and enhance an existing application and deliver across the data layer, application code, and user interface.

Active Poly clearance is required. The role focuses on designing and implementing APIs, integrating with databases, and deploying containerized services on AWS, with opportunities to work across Flask, Django, React, and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Python development for web applications (Flask, Django or FastAPI) with tests.
• 2–3 years of SQL experience and ORM familiarity (SQLAlchemy or similar).
• 6 months–3 years of experience with React, Angular or Vue.
• 1–3 years of AWS experience; building and deploying containers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the lead developer to design, implement, and test features across data layer, API, and UI.
• Develop and deploy APIs and integrate with databases and other software systems.

The Full Stack Software Developer will work with the lead developer to maintain and enhance the existing software application. The developer will help with design and then implement all levels of the application: data layer, application code, and user interface. Work with lead developer to design, code, deliver APIs, and integrate with other software systems and databases.

Required Skills:

• 5-7 years’ experience with Python with development of an application in Flask, Django, FastAPI; including developing associated testing (unit and integration)
• Beginner to intermediate experience (2 – 3 years) with SQL, familiarity with SQLAlchemy or other ORM technologies
• 6 months-3 years’ experience with React, Angular, or Vue
• 1-3 years’ experience developing on AWS. Must be familiar with building and deploying containers
