Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer for the Starlink data platform in Redmond, WA. You will join a team solving challenging problems to deliver a scalable data platform powering the world’s largest satellite internet system.

Responsibilities include building end-to-end data pipelines, collaborating on architecture and design, and owning software development from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, math, physics, or a scientific discipline; OR 2+ years of professional software experience.
• 1+ years of experience in full stack development, software engineering, data engineering, or data science.
• Experience with full stack development and data pipelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a highly reliable and scalable enterprise data platform for petabyte-scale ingest, processing, storage, and query.
• Create new functionality and end-to-end data pipelines to improve how the business operates.
• Collaborate with peers on architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Build prototypes to prove out key design concepts and quantify constraints.
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development.
• Deep dive into business problems and apply first principles thinking.
