Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a Full-Stack Data Engineer to support USSOUTHCOM J26 Enhanced Domain Awareness. You will develop and optimize data pipelines, APIs, and front-end interfaces for geospatial and structured data visualization within ESRI ArcGIS environments and cloud databases.

You will work with Data Lakes platforms such as Databricks and Kubernetes, build scalable web applications with secure access, and implement RESTful/GraphQL APIs for data interoperability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Data Engineering, or 5 years of equivalent full-stack/data-engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, API services, and front-end interfaces for geospatial data visualization.
• Work with Databricks, Kubernetes, and ESRI ArcGIS environments.
• Build scalable, secure web apps with metadata-driven search.
• Integrate APIs for data interoperability.
• Develop and deploy full-stack apps enabling visualization and dashboards on ESRI GIS platforms and cloud databases.
• Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for data retrieval and integration.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes deployments with secure API authentication.
• Optimize queries and indexing for large-scale geospatial datasets.
