Job summary

BioIntelliSense is seeking a Data Engineer to help build and maintain the data platform powering RPM and screening solutions. You will work with Python on Databricks and AWS to create scalable data pipelines and analytics-ready data stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience developing software applications (internships or projects).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to product improvements.
• Solid knowledge of Python.
• Solid understanding of SQL fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop data pipelines and cloud-native applications.
• Create scalable REST APIs and web apps for clinical workflows.
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform clinical data.
• Implement data validation and quality checks for accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with a technical lead, product, and cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Participate in engineering on-call rotation to ensure high service availability.
• Apply software development best practices to bring product requirements to deployment.
