Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Engineer II for Full Stack Innovations to design and build scalable cloud-native applications. You will develop backend services, APIs, and front-end components, employing microservices, container orchestration, and AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity and quality.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, IaC, monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, and maintain high availability with resilient design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience designing, developing and deploying cloud-native applications.
• Experience using AI for productivity, quality, and test automation.
• Proficiency in C#, Rust, Java, or similar language ecosystems.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and frontend JS frameworks.
• Experience with scalable, secure enterprise architectures (SOLID, 12-Factor).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, IaC, monitoring and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications for scalability.
• Package and deploy components using containerization.
• Manage container orchestration for automated deployment and scaling.
• Collaborate on DevOps practices: CI/CD, IaC, automated testing.
• Architect solutions that scale horizontally and optimally use resources.
• Build resilient, fault-tolerant applications with high availability.
• Implement monitoring and logging with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Promote API-first design and well-documented APIs.
• Follow agile methodologies and coding standards.
