Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, applied science, or engineering.
• Three years of relevant professional work experience.
• Three years of experience architecting with AWS.
• Experience migrating apps from on‑prem to cloud.
• Experience developing or architecting full‑stack web applications.
• Experience designing APIs and interface specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to communicate technical detail to varied audiences.
• Security‑aware architectural decisions for web apps.

Responsibilities

• Elicit system scope and requirements for designs.
• Lead development and evaluation of architecture and design.
• Communicate work processes, results, and briefs to stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile backlog management and decomposition.
• Coordinate with stakeholders through life‑cycle of definitions to deployment.
• Perform engineering estimates and guide schedules.
• Conduct evaluations such as risk analyses and reliability studies.
• Mentor junior developers and students.
• Other related functions as assigned.
