Job summary

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer / API Specialist to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs for the EFAST system. You will work across frontend interfaces, backend services, and third-party integrations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Expect to apply secure coding practices, develop RESTful and SOAP APIs, and ensure data protection while optimizing performance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-stack development and API development, integration, and management across the SDLC.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure web applications and APIs that support the EFAST system across frontend, backend, and integration points.
• Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, UX designers, system architects, and partners to meet business requirements and governance standards.
• Apply best practices in API governance, security, testing, and performance optimization throughout the SDLC.
