r.Potential in the SF Bay Area is seeking a Full-Stack Product Engineer. You will write production-quality code across a React frontend and a Python/FastAPI backend, collaborating with design, product, and the founder to own API design, migrations, UI, and deploy.

You should ship features end-to-end, demonstrate them to executives, and work with AI coding tools as a normal part of your workflow. 3 days in person per week is expected in the Bay Area.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of production experience, ideally at an early-stage startup or product-focused team.
• One or two features you personally own end-to-end.
• Production work in React/TypeScript or Python, and willingness to ramp the other.
• Active use of AI coding tools and be ready to demonstrate live.

Abouttherole

This is an individual contributor role. We're looking for someone who can write production-quality code and own significant scope. You'll ship features end-to end across our React/Vite/shadcn frontend and Python/FastAPI backend. You'll partner with design, product, and the founder on what to build, then own the API design, the migration, the UI, and the deploy. Light touch on prompts and evals for now, with room to grow into deeper LLM-systems.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $155k - $250k. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
